A8 Chang Gung Memorial Hospital Station Development Project
Jointly Developed by: Chang Gung Memorial Hospital Foundation and Asia-Pacific Development Corporation
. Project Status: Usage license was obtained in 2015
. Asset Monetization:
The Railway Bureau received a share of the commercial space and parking facilities
. These assets are managed by Asia-Pacific Development Corporation and leased to Global Mall for commercial operations

A9 Linkou Station Development Project
Investment Partner:Kindom Development Co., Ltd
. Project Status: Usage license was obtained in 2015
. Asset Monetization:
The Railway Bureau received a share of the commercial space (including all parking spaces)
. This space is leased to Global Mall for commercial operations . The Railway Bureau also received 54 residential units (including 18 parking spaces)
. These residential units are currently managed under a bulk lease by Fengfu Asset Management Co., Ltd .
A19 Taoyuan Sports Park Station Development Project
Investment Partner: Kindom Development Co., Ltd
. Project Status: Usage license was obtained in 2019
. Asset Monetization:
The Railway Bureau received a share of the commercial space (including all parking spaces)
. The Railway Bureau also received 8 residential units (including 6 parking spaces)
